Olatunji S. Olaoye, MD, FACP, FAASM
Dr. Olatunji S. Olaoye is a fellowship-trained and board-certified physician in Internal Medicine, Sleep Medicine, and Obesity Medicine. He is deeply committed to advancing patient-centered care in sleep and metabolic health.
He also serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medical Education at Texas A&M University College of Medicine, Houston Methodist Willowbrook Hospital.
Dr. Olaoye completed his medical degree and a residency in Internal Medicine before pursuing fellowship training in Sleep Medicine. He expanded his expertise further with board certification in Obesity Medicine, recognizing the critical link between weight and sleep health.
Known for his compassion, Dr. Olaoye prioritizes listening to patients, educating them, and tailoring individualized care plans. His clinical interests include sleep apnea, insomnia, circadian rhythm disorders, and weight-related sleep disturbances.
As an educator, he mentors students on the integration of lifestyle medicine into clinical care. Outside of work, he enjoys soccer, ping-pong, reading, and participating in charitable events.

Idowu O., RN, MSN, AGNP-C
Ms. Idowu O. is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner (AANP) with a passion for integrative health and preventive care. She also holds certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) as a certified Fitness Instructor.
Bridging the gap between clinical care and active wellness, she founded an online women's fitness community where she leads live group sessions twice a week. These sessions combine evidence-based exercise programs with health education in a supportive and inclusive environment.
In her clinical practice, Ms. Idowu is known for her approachable demeanor and holistic mindset. She integrates fitness, nutrition, and chronic disease prevention into individualized care strategies, always aligned with her patients' goals and challenges.
Whether in-person or virtually, she remains dedicated to promoting both physical and mental well-being through compassionate, personalized care.
